I bought these after my instructor told me about them. They make the chanter easier to for me to hold in my mouth. They were a little difficult to get on but I remember what a friend of mine who worked in a bowling alley showed me. I put some talcum powder on the mouth piece and dusted the inside of the rubber with the same. That made it much easier to slip on. I'm happy I learned about these and happier that I got them.

I borrowed one of these from a band mate when I got a new practice chanter. I liked it so much that I got one for my pipes. Not only does it feel more comfortable on my teeth, it keeps my blow stick looking brand new.
