EXCELLENT!!!
J Higgins was recommended to me. They were excellent to work with, even double checking to make sure the measurements I sent were correct. The kilt they made with the tartan fabric I sent looks great and fits great! I recommended J Higgins without reservation!

California State Tartan kilt looks great!
I recently sent JHiggins 4-yds of double width wool tartan in the official California State tartan. I received the finished kilt and (2) pairs of tartan flashes in the mail last week. I unboxed it and tried it on right away. Perfect fit! I wore the kilt and the pair of looped tartan flashes the rest of the day. I expect to wear it both casually, and more dressed up. Maybe I’ll wear it for a few hikes, too. -Lance
