The Highland Pipes, Smallpipes, and Uilleann Pipes all make appearances in this album. Featuring 10 musical tracks, the sounds of tradition mixed with various fusions makes for a very enjoyable album.

I love the Intrepid CD. I listen to it constantly, It is a great mix of truly beautiful tunes and my only wish is that there would be more of his tunes available on CD ... like Wasted Day, the Frog, Calm Before the Storm, the Last of the Great Whales, Caledonia, the Famous Baravan, etc. etc. I discovered Griffin’s music while trying to find sheet music for Caledonia and just love to hear him play … waiting for more.
