Irish flag color flashes.
Searching the internet, this product was surprisingly difficult to find. Very happy to find this selection at J.Higgins. I have been using J.Higgins to supply our pipe band with all our equipment (instruments, uniforms etc...) needs for years now. Will continue to do so.
