Our thin blue line flashes are to honor those who have fallen in the line of duty. They have a black loop and a stitched thin blue line fabric across the lower part of the flash so that the black will show both below and on top of the thin blue line when the sock cuff is turned down.
The garters have a metal hook closure.

Although these are made with good quality material, and the blue line material is sewn onto the black material rather well. The black material curls at the bottoms. The black material should be on a backer board making it stiff. It is not, and that is my only criticism.
