Our lovat blue tweed J. Higgins daywear kilt jacket features round imitation staghorn buttons, one outer left chest pocket, two lower body pockets, and two inside chest pockets.  These are exchangeable if the first size doesn't fit.  We craft these in even sizes 32 to 60 in short (5'9" & under), regular (5'10'' to 6'0''), long (6'1" to 6'2"), and extra-long (6'3" & up). Made by our talented staff right here in Kansas City.

Our jackets are available with your choice of three sleeve styles as shown below:

    day wear kilt jacket

Posted by Alan U on 21st Sep 2023

I appreciated the attention that Higgins put into making sure I had the right fit. The jacket is great - wears, looks and feels even better than I hoped for. My only criticism is that it took me about six months to get the jacket. I wish I had been told up front that it would be an exceptionally lengthy delay as I had hoped to wear it for Highland Games this summer. So be sure to ask for expected delivery time if you’re ordering. (Reply: Yes, thank you for your patience. This was the end game of Covid. We're shortening our delivery times by quite a large margin now. This should become a thing of the past.)
